WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Simple is best. Start with a piece of cardio equipment such as:
- Assault/Echo Bike
- Rower
- Ski Erg
Then add some function, easy to store and versatile pieces like:
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Bands
- Yoga matt
Once you get these, a barbell with weights, rack system, and rubber flooring will open up a huge range of possibilities.
